I have now been doing fitness for about 10 years. I first played soccer since I can remember but due to some injuries I was constrained to stop it.
At this time I startet with fitness. The first years in the gym I made all the mistakes everyone is doing while starting training in the gym.
Now I think I can say I am very experienced in nutrition, supplements and workouts.
I think one of the most done mistakes, is that many people are not enough focussed during their workout. The “muscle to mind” quote is not for nothing 😉
I train 7-8 times a week. My training consist of pure gym workouts but also cardio days and crossfit sessions.
During the last years I can say that my workout plan changed a lot.
I can also say that I have never tried illegal substances. Believe it or not 😉
I will also write a longer post about my supplements and how to use them.
