as you may know Monday is the in-official international chest workout day 🙂 Here you will find the complete workout I did with Sandro. Usually I change my exercises every 4 weeks to avoid uniformity.
Here are some important facts to consider during your workout.
Chest day is one of my favourite workout days. Everybody loves to train his chest, but the challenge is not use as much weight as possible. It´s much more about really hitting your chest.
When I see people doing bench press, they are working so much with their shoulders. If they would lower down their elbows and focus more on their chest, they could never use the same weight!
What I try to explain is, that it´s really difficult to hit your chest and not do shoulderpress while bench pressing 🙂

1.) Flat Dumbbell Bench Press 4 sets / 10 reps (30kg, 35 kg, 40 kg, 45 kg)
2.) Cable Cross 4 sets / 10 reps
3.) Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 sets / 10 reps (30 kg, 32,5 kg, 35 kg, 35 kg)
4.) Cable Cross 4 sets / 10 reps
5.) Incline close bench press (inner chest) 3 sets / 10 reps (17,5 kg, 20kg, 22kg, 25kg)
5.) 3 sets / 10 reps abs exercise
